Rides with a caregiver, not just a driver
In most of Northern Michigan there is no bus to catch. When driving is no longer safe, seniors in places like Kingsley, Northport, or Central Lake can find themselves cut off from their doctor, their pharmacy, and their community.
Our transportation is more than a ride. Your caregiver helps your loved one get ready, walks them to the door, stays through the appointment when wanted, takes notes for family, and turns the pharmacy stop or grocery run into part of the visit.

Transportation questions, answered honestly
Will the caregiver stay during my parent's appointment?
If your parent wants them there, yes. Many families ask the caregiver to sit in, take notes, and relay the doctor's instructions afterward, which keeps everyone on the same page.
How far will you drive? We are 45 minutes from Traverse City.
Trips from anywhere in our four-county area to Traverse City providers are routine, including Munson Medical Center. Distance within our service area is not a problem.
Can transportation be combined with other services?
Yes, and it usually is. A single visit might include getting ready, the drive to an appointment, a pharmacy stop, lunch out or at home, and light housekeeping afterward.
